Starcraft 2, Woo hoo!

Koreans across the world are rejoicing at the fact that Starcraft 2 was announced yesterday. I am rejoicing as well. Not because Starcraft2 is going to be a kick-ass game, but to the fact that more Koreans will suffocate from an overdose of cheetos, sushis, bad hygiene and Starcraft. Which is really, quite amusing. Heh.

So anyway, Blizzard (the developers) announced this on some sort of a geek-conference at Korea yesterday. The website for Starcraft 2 is also up. Looking at the images, the gameplay looks a lot like Warcraft 3. In fact, I can see a lot of resemblance between this game and a WC3 mod by Project Revolution. Hmm. When I first saw the wiki article, I was a bit sceptical of its authenticity. But then I went to the website, and subsequently wet my pants.

Heck, even the trailer looks so good. Gotta hand it to them; these guys are pros at what they're doing. From Starcraft to WoW, you can see that they put so much effort into their work. I can't wait for this to come out.

Probably in 2009 or something. Until then, keep on zergrushing in Starcraft.

In the name of all that is holy...

STAR-FRIKKIN-CRAFT II.

About damn time too. Wonder if Uwe Boll wants to make a motion picture out of that too.

p.s. I laughed at your last post, then realized I'm not that much better off. Cheers.
