One dead, gunman at large after city shooting.

There was a shooting at Melbourne's CBD and it happened way too late in the morning to reach the morning newspaper. Three people were shot and one died from gunwound. The city was closed for the entire morning, and was reopened later in the afternoon.

Look at the bright side; at least it's not an Asian kid shooting at random people. But if it was an Asian kid shooting around, like that South Korean guy at Virginia, here's a tip, carry a mask portraying a drunk White male, because Asians are naturally afraid of them. Just wear the mask, walk around and exclaim profanity every few seconds.

The readers of The Age should stop placing references to the Iraq War on every day's Letters and Opinions section.. even when that British baby was found lost in the woods, one letter compared it to the war in Iraq. I seriously don't know how that is even possible, nor if it makes any sense at all.
